Having over 30 years experience in their fields, our Directors and Managers have gained the company a reputation for Professionalism, Integrity and Reliability. With a personal approach combined with their expertise and experience they ensure that the company delivers excellent customer service often delivering results above and beyond a clients expectations. Richard Graham

Managing Director

Richard has over 35 years security experience and 30 years hospitality experience within the local Buckinghamshire area. He is passionate about pushing standards within these sectors from the ground up and these are the core values that the business was founded upon.

When not in the office or out on the ground with clients, Richard can be found chairing the local      Bar Watch scheme or at the council where he currently sits as a Town Councillor focusing on community growth. He believes that honesty and integrity are key to building a sustainable long term business and demonstrates these qualities in all areas of the business.

Elaine Graham

Company Director

Elaine is an experienced management professional specialising in the hospitality sector. She currently heads up our HR and Finance departments within the business and is driven alongside the operations team to deliver a best in class back of house operation, to aid the smooth running of the business. She is currently working  on delivering ISO 9001 standards and ensuring the business delivers ACS standards across the back of house operation.

Angela Smith

Office Manager

Angela has held managerial positions in the hospitality industry for over 25 years. She is responsible for the development and implementation of the companies policies and procedures along with the day to day office administration duties. She also provides support to the Directors with the ongoing development of the company.

Adrian Baginski

Operations Manager

Previously working as Operations Manager for HS2 overseeing 150 employees Adrian has over 20 years experience within the Security Industry
and is responsible for the day to day operations of the company, dealing with overseeing contracts, managing staff recruitment and clients.
